Q100162: What to do if the orthographic camera in Mari becomes hard to control when importing an alembic file

SUMMARY

There have been cases where the orthographic camera cannot be controlled or jitter occurs when the camera is moved. This behaviour can happen when an alembic geometry is imported into Mari.

An alignment compatibility problem between the camera of the alembic file and Mari's default camera may be the issue. You just need to reset the camera to get normal movement. To reset the camera, from the top menu select Camera > Reset Camera:
