Q100536: How to access your products and account information on the Foundry website

SUMMARY

The Account area of the Foundry website was updated in August 2023 to make it easier for you to manage your account.

 

MORE INFORMATION

The updated Account area (https://www.foundry.com/my-account) now has 8 sections for accessing and editing your products and information:


1. My Account 

Updating Information in the 'My Account' area

You can update your contact information in the My Account section by clicking Edit under your current contact information. Clicking Save will confirm the changes to your contact information.

Updating Billing Address Information

You can update or set your billing address information in the My Account section by clicking Edit address under your current billing address information. Clicking Save address will confirm the changes made to your billing address information.

You can also add additional addresses to your Foundry account by clicking Manage Addresses under the Address Book section and clicking Add New Address.

Updating Account Password

In My Account, you can submit a request to reset your password. Once you click Submit, an email with further instructions will be sent to you.

Updating your email address information
You can update your email address by following thee steps outlined in the article here: Q100219: How to change the email address of your Foundry website account

Enabling remote shopping assistance 

Enabling the setting "Allow remote shopping assistance" will allow our Support agents to view your account the same way you do to help provide better support.

 

2. My Orders 

The 'My Orders' area of your Foundry account contains a list of past purchases you have made on the Foundry website. Clicking 'View order' will show additional information and details on the order such as the billing address and total amount. This area will be empty if you have not yet made a purchase on the Foundry website.

3. Email Preferences 

You can subscribe or unsubscribe from product updates here. Details on updating your email preferences can be found in the following article: Q100627: How to Subscribe to or Unsubscribe from Foundry marketing emails

 


4. Login Licenses 

Here you can view/manage your license entitlements. Information on managing your login license entitlements can be found in the following article: Q100286: How to manage your individual login-based licenses

 


5. Payment Methods 

You can add and remove existing card details in this area of your Foundry account by inputting the details of your card and clicking the Add button. You can then delete added cards by clicking delete next to the card in the list.

6. My Subscriptions

Here you can manage your existing product subscriptions. Information on managing your subscriptions can be found in the following article: Q100395: How to cancel an individual login-based license auto-renewal

 

 

7. Legacy Products

Here you can find and access your older non-login based license purchases made via the Foundry website. 

 

 

8. Migration Request

Here you can submit a request to migrate your Nuke licenses to login-based licenses. More information on completing a migration request can be found in the following article: Q100664: Instructions for Users Transferring to Login Licensing

 

 

Deleting your Account

To delete your account, please submit a Support ticket and inform us of the account you wish to delete. Please specify if you would like to delete the account only or your account and related data.
