SUMMARY
If you are encountering any problems with your licenses and cannot resolve the problem using the information in Licensing Online User Guide or the Support Portal Licensing Help section then please generate a Diagnostic File from the Foundry Licensing Utility (FLU) and send it to us on a Support ticket.
NOTE: For problems with floating licenses, please generate an FLU Diagnostic file from BOTH the license server and a client machine running the application.
NOTE: If you're running a non-Foundry installation of an RLM server and/or your licenses are installed in a custom location then the FLU Diagnostic file may not find all the licensing info on your machine. For those setups, please generate a diagnostic file from the RLM Webserver. Q100556: How to generate a diagnostic file from the RLM webserver
