There are certain steps needed to take in order to install a teams and individual login-based license on both a system and user level. This article provides more information about this.

System Administrators

To make sure users can smoothly login and run the software, there are some settings needed to avoid trouble down the line.

Firstly, make sure that the machines have the permission to download and install the software.

Secondly, if you have any firewalls, proxies or network security software installed, please allow these access to these addresses: 

https://licenceapi.foundry.com on port 443
https://id.foundry.com/

Individual users

If you are having trouble logging into the software with an individual login-based license and error messages start to appear, please follow the steps outlined in the following article: Q100285: Initial steps to help solve issues with individual login-based Licensing
