Q100163: Cursor offset jump when using WACOM Cintiq tablets in Windows

When selecting tools or options in the application, the cursor may jump to one side making selections difficult to the user. This problem usually occurs when a Wacom Cintiq tablet is used as a second monitor. This behavior can be caused when the DPI settings or the display customization is different for each monitor.

The problem may be easily fixed by choosing on scaling level for all displays.

In Windows 8, you can go to the Windows display settings and then check the box with the option "Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays". Then, reset your machine and open the application(s).

If you are using Windows 10, make sure both displays have the same scaling setup by setting a custom scaling level under the 'Advanced display settings' link.
