Q100082: Unable to view support ticket


I received an email update from your support system which contained a link to view my ticket online. When I clicked the link, I receive a 404 page not found error.


Each support ticket is private to the requester (the email address used to create the ticket), anyone who has been cc'ed, or if requested, other users at the requesters company. Other users who attempt to view the ticket will receive the 404 page not found error.

if you are unable to view a ticket due to a 404 error, it's likely that you are currently logged into the Support Portal under a different account.


Logout the Support Portal and login again using the same email account where the ticket was created.
