Q100037: Adding a colleague to a support ticket



When creating a support ticket, you can add a user to the cc so your colleagues can be notified when a ticket is updated.  You can also add colleagues to existing tickets.
Anyone on cc will have the option to login and see the full ticket history and add comments to the ticket.


Users can be added to the cc when the ticket is created. To add a colleague to an existing ticket, click the 'my tickets' link from the home page of the portal. Then locate the ticket you want to add cc to. You will need to add a comment to submit the cc.

Users on cc can view the ticket in much the same way.  From the hom page of the portal, select the 'my tickets' link, and then 'requests I'm cc'd on'.
