As of NukeX9.0, the ones that were no longer named 'F_<something>' are:

F_Kronos was replaced by Kronos (Time > Kronos) in Nuke 7.0.
F_MotionBlur was replaced by MotionBlur (Filter > MotionBlur) in Nuke 7.0.
F_VectorGenerator was replaced by VectorGenerator (Time > VectorGenerator) in
F_Matchgrade was replaced by Matchgrade in Nuke8.0
In NukeX9.0, six plug-ins retain their original names:
In the NukeX GUI you can still find the 6 'F_<something>' plug-ins using the lefthand toolbar gray Furnace icon.
