Q100222: Why your purchases may not appear in your 'My Products' page


This article explains when product downloads will appear in your My Products page on our website and when they won't.
This article also details where you can download a program from if it doesn't appear in your My Products page.


If you purchase software from The Foundry directly through our website then the license key and product downloads will automatically be added to your My Products page on our website.
If you purchase the software directly from our Sales team (including Education Sales), or through a Reseller, then the license keys and downloads may not automatically appear in your My Products page.  This is due to our internal sales database not currently being able to update the website.  We are looking into improving this in the future (this article will be updated when there is news) but for now you will receive your license key via email and you can download the program(s) directly from the product download pages on our website below.

NOTE: You will need to be logged in to The Foundry website in order to download any of the programs.
The links above have the latest versions of each product available for download.  If you need to download an older version of The Foundry software and have a valid license then you can request this by Creating a Support ticket, please include the product name, version number and operating system(s) that you need the program for along with the company name who purchased the license.
