MORE INFORMATIONIf you wish to update the email address attached to your Foundry account then please create a Support ticket using the 'Create a Ticket' link on the top of the Support Portal Page and state the following information:
Current Email Address:
New Email Address:
The 'Create a Ticket' button will only be visible when you are logged in to the Support Portal, please ensure that you send the ticket from the email address currently attached to your Foundry account for verification.
If you do not have access to the original email address then we require that you take a screenshot of the 'Account Details' page of your Foundry online account below and attach it to your ticket.
Once we receive the ticket we will then be able to process your request.
