Foundry Support Christmas 2017 / New Year 2018 Holiday Schedule

The Foundry Support Team would like to make our customers aware of our working schedule over the Christmas and New Year holiday period. 

During the holiday period, we will have have very limited coverage due to the office closure as outlined below. Our phone lines will be closed from close of business 22nd December and will reopen on the 2nd January. We will operate emergency support and will only respond to critical issues requiring immediate attention on the days indicated below. All critical support requests must be raised via email or the Support Portal and clearly indicate urgent in the title.

As support will be extremely limited, the Support Team reserve the right to downgrade support tickets if they are not deemed critical.  

We will begin processing support requests raised during the holiday period on the 2nd January, however please be aware that it may take us time to get the team back up to speed and process the backlog of tickets.

Please note, that we will not be providing phone support during the dates below

UK/US office closed, no support provided

26 December
National holiday UK/US – office closed, no support provided

27, 28, 29 December
Office closed with limited support for maintenance customers with critical issues only. Support via email/Support Portal only.
Please note, all non critical issues will be actioned in the New Year

30 December, 31 December
Weekend / office closed, no support provided

1 January
National holiday UK/US – office closed, no support provided

2 January
Normal working, however be advised that the team will need to manage a backlog of tickets from the holiday period and we may be slow to respond.
